Our 3 bedroom 2 bathrooms house located two blocks from Magic City Innovation District in Miami - 10 minute ride to Miami's downtown, Wynwood, Edgewater, American Airlines Arena, Bayside, Bayfront Park; 15 minutes to Miami Beach, Hard Rock and Marlins Stadiums. Miami International Airport and Port of Miami Cruise Lines are 10 minute drive away. Many local attractions, stores, bars and restaurants are a quick 5 minute car ride. It is THE BEST location in Miami right in the middle of everything!
THE SPACE:
Completely gated home in a quiet area with secure parking for up to 3 cars featuring impact windows and professional interior remodel and decor for your enjoyment and convenience.
This 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom home has a split bedroom floor plan for complete privacy of the guests. All of the bedrooms are located in different parts of the house. One of the bathrooms has a tub and is shared between bedrooms 1 and 2, and the other has a shower and is directly connected to bedroom 3.
Fully stocked brand new kitchen has everything you need to cook a nice family meals. Pots, pans, kettle for tea lovers, coffee maker, plates, cups, cooking knives and utensils - everything is available for your use.
Laundry has a separate entrance and is usually locked for our cleaning crew to use. For a longer stays it could be unlocked with request for our guests to use. Gate will have to be opened manually every time guest leaves or arrives in the house but lock has a key code combination as well as an entrance door so you won't have to deal with the keys.
PLEASE NOTE:
1.The home has exterior video cameras by the door entrance, at the gated parking area, front yard and A/C area in the back of the house.
2. Register all of the guests on the reservation. Unregistered guests are subject to an additional $25 per guest daily fee.

WHERE IN MIAMI ARE WE?
Little Haiti is historically home to Haitian immigrants as well as people of the Caribbean. Just like Wynwood, it is Little Haiti that is going through the transformation now from immigrant enclave to the next Capital of Cool while retaining its cultural identity. Little Haiti is saturated with art as it has a long standing street art tradition and is one of the Graffiti Capitals. Lots of new construction popping up here and there with cool little restaurants, businesses, art galleries being opened up. Our house is in the middle of the quiet residential part of Little Haiti, away from busy streets which gives you privacy yet close to all the best Miami has to offer. Please respect privacy of local residents. City's local law ordinance quiet time is between 9pm-8am
GETTING AROUND:
My recommendation is a car or Uber to save yourself time while in town so you can see more.
WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?
Our home was originally built in 1958 but is completely remodeled. It is located in Miami neighborhood where local residents are regular working people. Please respect their privacy. Upon booking confirmation you will be given lock code for the gate and access code to entry door that will be unique to you during your stay.

1. CANCELLATIONS - To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 24 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in. If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they will receive 50% of the reservation. If guests cancel after that, no refund will be issued.
2. CHECK IN / OUT - Check in is any time after 4PM. Check-out time is any time before 10AM. You're welcome to request an early check in or late checkout, but this is NOT GUARANTEED and we can only confirm 24 hours in advance. There is no late check out after 10AM unless approved by the host. Doing so will incur a $50 fee for exceeding the checkout time. Any guest who is still in the location after 1 pm will be charged for an extra night. (Not applicable to guests who had prior host approval)
3. SECURITY DEPOSIT - All bookings require a security deposit of $500. Upon termination of this Agreement, the Landlord shall return the Security Deposit within a reasonable amount of time or in accordance with State law, whichever is longest. Guest and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit rental fee and security deposit if one of the following occurs:
Using the premises for any illegal activity including but not limited to, the possession, serving or consumption of alcoholic beverages by or to persons under 21 years of age.
Causing damage to the premises rented or any of the neighbouring properties.
Any other acts which interfere with neighbours' right to quiet enjoyment of their property.
If for any reason law enforcement is notified due to disturbances emanating from the premises or grounds, there will be a minimum charge of $250 to the guest's credit card per incident.
4. SMOKING - We do not allow smoking of any kind, including but not limited to nicotine, tobacco derived products and/or cannabis derived substances; breaking this rule will incur a $500 fine.
5. PETS - No pets allowed; breaking this rule will incur a $500 fine. If you can provide a document for an emotional support pet, there will be an additional $35 nightly charge per pet.
6. NOISE/PARTIES - Excessive noise or parties are not allowed. City Ordinance states quiet time from 9pm to 8 am. Please follow city rules to avoid potential problems and respect the neighborhood and our neighbors.If you’d like to host a special occasion, please reach out to the host for confirmation.
7. EXTRA GUESTS - If more guests sleep at a location than the number originally stated in the booking, these unregistered guests will be charged $25 per day per guest. Our house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Sleeping arrangements could be made for 2 extra guests for $25 per guest daily. Anything more will not make your stay at our home enjoyable.
8. CLEANING - If a location is left in an exceptionally messy state, we will charge $50 for every extra hour of cleaning required.
9. TOWELS - There will be a $25 charge for each towel stained with makeup, eyeliner or any other substance.
10. INSURANCE - Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.
11. WHAT WE SUPPLY - The property is equipped and supplied as a fully furnished property that will include all bed linens, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. We will provide an initial supply of bath soaps, toilet tissue, paper towels, trash bags; however, there is no guarantee that the supply of any of these items will be enough to last to the end of the rental period.
11. SURVEILLANCE - Property may be subject to surveillance cameras in public areas to ensure guest safety. Camera one above the front door entryway. Second camera above gate entryway facing parking space. Both cameras record 24 hours.
12. VIDEO SHOOTS / COMMERCIAL USE - Needs to be requested and approved by the host.

Payment Policy
We ask for a $100 payment at the time of booking by credit card (non refundable) if you book far in advance. The balance will be due by check 45 days before arrival. If balance payment is made by credit card, 3% service fee will be added.
If your stay is last minute (within 45 days) full payment is due.
